How PDF Leader collects, uses, stores and deletes your data, including the files you upload to our online tools.
What we collect
Files you upload for processing, the technical data your browser sends such as IP address and user agent, and, if you create an account, your email address.
How your files are handled
Uploads travel over an encrypted TLS connection and are processed in an isolated environment. Files are deleted automatically a short time after processing, and we do not read, sell or share their contents.
Why we process data
To deliver the tool you requested, to keep the service secure and free of abuse, to handle support requests and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to certain processing. Write to privacy@pdf-leader.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and analytics providers who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
